You will do a wide variety of FUN exercises designed to boost your metabolism and lose body fat FAST.

Class is open to men and women.

Guys, don’t let the name fool you, this is no powder puff class.

You will focus on the two most importation areas of the body for strength:

  • The Posterior chain (glutes/hamstrings/lower back- Butts)
  • The torso (abs/obliques- Gutts or “core” as it is commonly known)

You will also do upper body work, too.

Classes will use a variety of different equipment including:

boot camps,  trx, kettlebell, free, Gutts, Butts, Free, exercise class

  • Kettlebells

  • Sandbags

  • Ropes

  • Agility ladders

  • TRX

  • Your own body weight

And more.

You WILL lose fat, inches and get in great shape FAST!
