Group Training offers all the benefits of personal training with the added bonus of training with like- minded people who motivate each other. It also reduces YOUR cost substantially.
Training is centered on our 7 Foundation Exercises:

This is followed by well-chosen assistance work which is done with active rest, circuits, and metabolic intervals and ABS!
You’ll also get programming for conditioning and recovery workouts to do on non-class days, so you’ll NEVER have wonder what to do in the gym again!
This formula GUARANTEES that you will get stronger, leaner and be the best that you can be in short time (if you work hard and follow a proper nutrition plan).
1-on-1 personal training is priced at $85.00 per session, but the Total Performance Method group training is as little as under $20.00 per session.

How do we do this?
By coaching you in small groups.
Your TPS Method membership includes gym dues and all FREE classes on the GroupX schedule!
Each week is set up in a “Day 1, Day 2, Day 3” format, so:
The Total Performance Method-Boston’s Best Personal Training is flexible: for example, if you can’t make a Monday session, come on Tuesday.

All new members to the Method MUST come in for a consultation before joining the group. Once your consultation is completed, you will begin training on the next Monday or Tuesday.
Your consultation takes about 45 minutes and includes before and after photos, body composition testing, measurements, a discussion of your goals and much more.
Those new to the group must complete the 8 week prep phase before joining the main group.

In the initial 8 week phase we will do our best to have you in a group of people at the same level as you, but occasionally you may train 1-on-1 with a coach depending on how many beginners are registered at that time.
