Do you actively participate, or have a strong desire to participate in adventure races that have you running through mud, climbing over walls and more?
Have you ever wanted to try an adventure race, but you were worried that you would not be fully prepared?
This boot camp will run two days per week on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.
Our first Boot Camp will begin on Thursday September 15th and we will then run them every 8 weeks.
You will get to train with other like-minded individuals with the same goals.
This helps everyone push themselves to their limits.
On top of a group to train with, you get an 8-week program designed by Boston’s best coaches.
This will ensure that you are training in the best way to maximize your results at an adventure race.
What you’ll do:
As this is a Boot Camp, we will stick with very basic, compound exercises such as Trap Bar Deadlifts and Dumbell Presses.
There will be LOTS of bodyweight work as well as kettlebells.

Cost of the program is $399, but if you sign up before midnight September 5th, you save $50 for an 8-week cost of $349.
