The TPS Method for Muscles is our newest FREE Group  X Class and it is different from anything you’ve tried before.

 

TPS Method for Muscles offers you two different options:

Ass & Legs: Just what it says, work that ass and build those legs.

Beach Muscles: What everyone did in the 80’s, UPPER BODY baby.

Each class may also feature some cardio/conditioning at the end.

Our classes use the Accessory Bodybuilding sessions programmed to complement the current training cycle in

Boston’s Best Personal Training Program: TPS Method: Training for Life 

This is an all things accessory work class that teaches you how to make the movements  you do matter.

It’s more than just picking up weights and putting them down.

You will:

  • Build muscle
  • Strengthen weaknesses
  • Correct imbalances
  • Get stronger
  •  Be more resilient
