Since 1999, our unique approach to fitness and our accomplished staff of coaches has earned us national acclaim. Our staff is not only well-versed in the fundamentals of fitness; we are constantly reading and studying the latest trends in the exercise world to sort out what is useful to our member’s goals and what is simply designed to take their money. At TPS we believe that if you are going to spend the time and effort in a gym, you should be getting better. We welcome ANYONE who wishes to train hard. Those interested in boxing classes for fun or to compete, personal training, Strongman, Powerlifting, women’s fitness, yoga and more are all equally welcome and mentored at TPS.

Our team is comprised of professional strength coaches, ISSA/NSCA/IKFF/Westside Barbell certified coaches, and championship strength athletes. Regardless of their previous level of expertise, we put all of our coaches through an extensive “internship” program so we know they are on board with our philosophy of progressive, results-oriented, no-bull training. Here you will never have to second-guess the qualifications of your trainer; they know because they have been there!
