The jumbo spring clips (that fit over most any pull-up bar) allow you to do pull-ups in a neutral, pronated, or supinated grip to blast every part you your back.
One of the best ways to use these handles is with chain exercises. You can do chain flies, tricep extensions, chain rows, and countless other exercises utilizing chain resistance.
The jumbo spring clip allows for fast loading and unloading of the chains so there is zero wasted intricate set-up time. Did I mention that these clips will hold up to 8 chains? AWESOME!
