The Skinfold Caliper Method

Skinfold testing is a very accurate method of assessing body composition when done correctly and only takes a few minutes.

Each test provides valuable information about your body fat levels which, in turn, allows you to make small changes to your diet/exercise programs for faster results!

How often should I get Body Fat Testing?

If you want to be successful, get your body composition tested every 4 to 6 weeks. After all, knowing where you’re starting from will always help you get to where you’re going.
